The pages here are files taken directly off the 8-Bit Software Magazine discs. They are presented by a script in 40 column or 80 column format as they would have appeared on the 8BS discs.
The script converts Teletext colour formatting codes in the 40 column files.
Where areas of graphics are in the 40 column Teletext files, I have placed

to approximate what
is there
I am working on double height height characters. Teletext produces double height using 2 lines of repeated text. Usually both lines of text are the same. However, if you use different text and colours on the lines, it is possible to get quite neat effects. I am having an interesting time trying to recreate the effects in HTML. You will see this change over time in these articles as I experiment. As I type this, the method I am using is to ignore the second line and increase the font size. This is not very good as it loses the multi colour effects and increases the line length which does not happen in Teletext
Change of background colour is handled in a limited way (changes to red are enabled, all other changes go to blue)
